Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 2 business days. All peptide products are shipped in insulated packaging with gel ice packs to maintain a stable temperature range of 2–8°C during transit. Our packaging has been validated to maintain cold chain integrity for up to 72 hours under standard conditions. During extreme summer months (June through September), we may automatically upgrade shipping methods at no additional cost to ensure product quality upon arrival.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2Day. Delivery times to these destinations may be extended by 1–3 additional business days. Shipping rates for non-contiguous destinations may differ from the standard rates listed above. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Vivere Peptides currently ships to select international destinations. Due to the nature of our products, international shipments are subject to the import regulations of the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country. Vivere Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory holds. Please allow 7–21 business days for international delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking information may take up to 4 hours to become active after the shipping notification is sent. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your expected ship date, please contact our support team.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, in most cases, will reship your order at no additional cost. Vivere Peptides is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders. If a shipment arrives with a compromised temperature indicator, do not use the products and contact us immediately for a replacement.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping methods (FedEx 2Day, Overnight, or Priority Overnight). USPS Priority Mail may be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific states or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the provided address due to regulatory restrictions. Unopened, undamaged products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We do not accept returns shipped without a valid RMA number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your next statement. If you paid by ACH transfer, the refund will be returned to your bank account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the original order qualified for free shipping and the return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned per our standard return policy.
